Paradise
A field of soft flowers
Beneath my small feet
A beating sun shining
The warmth feels so neat
The pretty hydrangeas
All blooming in pink
It’s hard to remember
It can die in a blink
I wish I can stay here
I wish to forget
But the past still remains
There are shards to collect
The longer I stay
The longer I lie
The longer I say
That this is goodbye
The place of soft flowers
The prison in my mind
The place that I went
To not see them die
Reality waits for me
Right at the door
It’s time to get out
There are things to explore
An Ode to Flames
From the weakest of embers,
To the mightiest of flames,
Flames are the warmth givers
Of the world
Behold, the mighty flame!
Burning with passion and boldness
While also maintaining
Beauty and grace
A tool brought by Prometheus
Used to destroy
And protect
The people that inhabit the Earth
Fear the flames of the world
For flames can engulf you
And char each and every
Body part
Worship the flames
As it gives us warmth
Protection from the frigid cold
And the power to create and destroy
The glorious flame
Representing passion and pride!
The only downside…
Taken out easily by water…
Timely Manner
Rushing and rushing
It seems I have forgotten
Deadline’s left me dead
